The terms “Mail Boxes,” “MBE,” and various carrier names like “UPS” and “SDA” often relate to the international network of shipping and business service centers known as Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE). This can be a common source of confusion for tracking packages.
Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) is not a carrier. Instead, they are a franchised network of retail centers that act as authorized shipping agents for major carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and national postal services. When you ship through an MBE center, they create the label using a carrier’s system. Therefore, the tracking number belongs to the carrier, not to MBE.
